Founder | Instructional Design & Development Expert

Learning design is about empowering people to succeed through engaging, interactive experiences that actually work. The challenge of integrating creative learning techniques with beautiful design into compelling instruction is what drives everything I do.


My approach centers around transforming conventional training into something beautiful, interesting, and easily digestible. Clean and modern design elements, imaginative visuals, storytelling, and an attention to detail that demonstrates thoughtfulness. These are the tools that encourage people to care about their own development.

Art History and Museum Education shaped my career foundation, with a decade spent in educator roles at museums. Facilitating hundreds of learning experiences across all ages and learning styles gave me a unique perspective on learning design that defines how I create content today. Building hands-on, interactive experiences that maximize a learner's potential was second nature.

That foundation launched fifteen years of corporate instructional design work, where I've specialized in transforming static, ineffective training into dynamic learning systems. Leading comprehensive training overhauls is my expertise, taking overwhelming documentation and complex processes and redesigning them as structured, interactive experiences that build genuine capability.

Working across industries from technology to retail, I've developed everything from technical implementation training to leadership development programs to multilingual compliance courses. Each project reinforced my belief that effective learning happens when people can immediately apply what they've absorbed. Creating blended learning solutions that balance virtual instruction with hands-on application defines my signature approach.

Visual acuity and the ability to synthesize complex processes and concepts into easy-to-understand graphics and interactions mark all of my work. Love and appreciation for the arts has strengthened my ability to incorporate eye-catching, pleasurable, and intuitive design into all learning experiences.

Pushing the limits of creativity as an essential component of development is one of my greatest joys. Big ideas energize me, and nothing pleases me more than unraveling information and finding ways for learners to keep their hands busy as much as their minds. Imagining what could be and finding out how much of that vision I can reach plays an enormous part in how I develop learning that is rich with experience.

Technical learning experiences work best when the technology stays invisible. The moment learners have to fight with platforms, wrestle with access issues, or puzzle through confusing interfaces, learning stops and frustration takes over.


Creating seamless technical experiences has been my focus for over eighteen years working in enterprise IT environments. Supporting thousands of users across complex systems taught me that the best technology solutions are the ones people never have to think about. When someone clicks a link, opens a course, or downloads a resource, it should just work, every time.


My expertise spans the full spectrum of learning technology infrastructure: cloud platforms, server management, user access systems, and troubleshooting complex technical issues before they impact learners. Working with organizations like MassMutual and major technology companies gave me deep experience in ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable systems that support real learning outcomes.


What energizes me most is solving technical problems before learners even know they exist. Anticipating where systems might fail, streamlining access processes, and building robust support systems mean course creators can focus entirely on teaching while learners focus entirely on learning.


Every technical decision I make serves one goal: removing barriers between learners and the knowledge they're trying to gain. When technology works invisibly, learning can happen powerfully.
